Camera access is required for the app’s primary features. You may voluntarily grant us permission to access the camera or photo album to obtain photos stored on your mobile device. Only after you confirm the permission will we gain access to your camera and album.

Facial landmark metadata: In order to power portrait mode photography and facially driven artificial intelligence effects, the camera is utilized to detect and interpret facial landmarks. This encompasses positional and structural metadata regarding the jawline, ocular region, nasal bridge, and oral cavity. No source photographs, raw imagery, or biometric templates are ever gathered, handled, or preserved by us. Every operation runs locally on your device using de identified coordinate sets, with instant purging once the operation concludes.
· How is your facial data utilized?
The information serves exclusively to render photographic filters and visual enhancements, to ensure facial uniformity while such tools are active, and to ascertain the presence of a human face within an image. Under no circumstances will this data be employed for: commercial promotion or ad targeting absent your clear, affirmative permission; unlawful monitoring or location tracing; or constructing personal profiles to fuel recommendation algorithms.
· Do we disclose this data externally, and where does it reside?
Disclosure to external entities, partners, or vendors is strictly prohibited. Every computational step occurs solely on your personal hardware; no information is transmitted to remote servers.
· What is the retention period for facial data?
Any facial data exists only for the duration of the active session and is irretrievably erased the moment the current task finalizes—such as upon filter application, AI effect creation, or completion of face detection analysis. No facial information is kept beyond that instant.

If you communicate with us via our support section or via email, we may also collect your email address, name and any information you voluntarily submitted to us in connection with such support. Such information will only be used to provide you with support services.
We will not save or collect any information you provided when you use our App. The report generated from the App when you use our Service will not save in our server and cannot be used to define who you are.
Use of Third-Party AI Services
All relevant AI computations of this App are performed locally on the user’s device. We do not utilize any third-party AI services, nor do we transmit user data to third-party AI service providers.
